Prioritize Your Health: Be mindful of any medical conditions that could affect your ability to drive safely. If you are pregnant, injured, or have any medical conditions please refrain from operating vehicle
**Stay Sober**: Do not operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or certain medications.
Adhere to Regulations: Always comply with off-highway vehicle (OHV) laws and regulations to ensure a safe and lawful ride.
*Your safety and the safety of others depend on responsible and lawful operation of the vehicle. Failure to adhere to these safety measures and laws will result in the termination of your tour.
PRIMARY
DRIVER / RENTER
REQUIREMENTS

Primary driver/renter must be at least 16 years old ​​*Those who are under 18 must obtain parental approval and a signature before operating the vehicle.

Renter/driver must hold a valid state-issued Driver’s License or permit.​​

All drivers/passengers must sign a Rental & Release of Liability Agreement. *Switching drivers is allowed, but a waiver/DL is required. ​

​Drivers suspected of being under the influence will not be permitted to drive.
PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS

Navigating rough landscapes can subject the body to sudden directional forces.

We are unable to accept passengers that are pregnant, injured, or have any medical condition that could affect your ability to safely ride

The combined weight of all drivers and passengers must not surpass the manufacturer's recommended weight limits for the rental

Drivers with small children must adhere to the designated driving limits while off-roading.

OFF-ROADING ATTIRE
When choosing appropriate clothing for off-roading, it's important to prioritize safety, comfort, and protection from the elements. Here are some recommended clothing items:

​​​ PROVIDED GEAR: HELMET, HEAD SCARF, GLOVES, AND GOGGLES

Durable Pants: Wear rugged, long pants such as cargo or hiking pants made from sturdy materials like nylon or canvas to protect your legs from scratches, dirt, and debris.

Long-Sleeve Shirt: A long-sleeve shirt provides additional protection against sunburn, scratches, and insect bites. Opt for moisture-wicking fabrics for comfort.

Sturdy Footwear: Waterproof, steel-toe boots or hiking shoes with good traction are essential to protect your feet and provide stability on uneven terrain.

Gloves: Durable work gloves or ATV riding gloves help protect your hands from blisters, cuts, and dirt.
